C♭ Mixolydian is the 5th mode of the F♭ major scale. Both share the same 7 notes — Mixolydian starts on the 5th degree (C♭) instead of the root (F♭).
The only difference is the 7th degree. C♭ Mixolydian has a minor 7th (B♭♭), while C♭ major has a major 7th (B♭). That flat 7th removes the leading tone and gives Mixolydian a more relaxed, bluesy feel compared to major.
